A viral video of a heated argument between a passenger and Lufthansa staff at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport has prompted the airlines to open an investigation into the matter. The video, shared on X (formerly Twitter) by user ‘Ghar Ke Kalesh’, shows the passenger repeatedly asking the ground staff why she was denied boarding the plane. It also shows a Lufthansa ground staff member leaving her cubicle and asking a fellow staff member to call security. 

Notably, the specific reason for the passenger’s denied boarding remains unclear, however, the video has received significant attention online and has even caught the attention of Lufthansa Airline. “Kalesh b/w Air lufthansa crew & a passenger for Delhi – Munich – Toronto flights with return ticket (Full context in Clip),” the X user wrote while sharing the video, which has accumulated more than 620,000 views.

In the video, a ground staff member is seen leaving her cubicle and asking a fellow staff member to call security. The passenger, while recording the confrontation on camera, then asks the staff to answer her query. “I am telling you very politely. I am calling the security,” the staff tells the passenger. “What you are doing, that is anyway not allowed. You cannot take the direct flight. If you want to know the rules, go to the German embassy,” the staff says as the passenger continues to film her.

The clip ends with the ground staff calling security and asking the passenger to tone it down. “I have already called security. Ma’am, please wait, you won’t travel,” the staff says. 

The clip was shared on the microblogging site last week. In the comments section, when one user tagged Lufthansa India, the airline responded saying they are investigating the case and are in contact with the people involved.

Meanwhile, numerous people also flocked to the comments section to share their reactions. 

“There could be a genuine reason to deny boarding to this passenger. But the way she pointed finger on the passenger and using that tone was not at all cool. Imagine you have paid 75k for your ticket and at the airport you are being treated this way. As if she is not calling the security, but a gang of hooligans to scare that person,” wrote one user.

A horrific video has surfaced online showing a trans woman in the US running over a man twice with a car before kissing and stabbing him multiple times in broad daylight. According to Fox News, Steven Anderson, 64, was on his way to pick up the mail in his Houston neighbourhood on May 3 when the incident happened. A CCTV clip of the incident which has gone viral on social media, shows Mr Anderson getting struck by a white vehicle that then backed over him, hitting him for a second time. 

The suspect, with a knife in hand, was then seen flipping the elderly man over, straddling him, kissing him and then stabbing him nine times. She then tried to enter another car before leaving the scene on foot, jumping over the victim’s lifeless body. Mr Anderson was found by officers with multiple stab wounds already dead.

”It’s very disturbing. I have kids here; they could have been out here playing, and imagine them,” one neighbour told Eyewitness News.

”Broad daylight. People around every time and it happened right under our noses,” another added.

Witnesses led officers to the suspect at a nearby location. According to KTRK, the suspect identified as Karon Fisher is identified in court records as a man but was described by officers as a woman. Fisher was eventually arrested and charged with murder, evading arrest with a vehicle, and assaulting hospital personnel, according to Harris County records.

“Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal stabbing of a man in 7000 block of Woodridge Square Drive about 7:50 p.m. last Friday (May 3), “The suspect, Karon Fisher, 20, is charged with murder in the 185th State District Court,” the police statement read.

After the disturbing footage of the incident went viral, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk also reacted to it and called it ”Terrible.”

Two videos have gone viral on X (formerly Twitter) where officers of Bandhan Bank and Canara Bank can be seen reprimanding their junior employees using foul language over failing to meet targets. The clips capture instances of verbal abuse, intimidation and demands for excessive work hours. They have sparked discussion among social media users on workplace ethics and employee well-being. Both incidents even prompted the banks to issue a clarification on the matter.  

In one of the videos that surfaced on May 4, a Canara Bank officer Lokapati Swain can be seen scolding employees for prioritising personal time over work. He is seen shouting and pressuring staff members to work extra hours, even on holidays and leave their family obligations. “If you will not participate in recovery, including holidays because you want time after working to travel with your family but your hell to your family. What should I do? I don’t care about my family, I don’t care about my family also, I care about Canara Bank. So clear message to all, and if week-wise, Monday to Saturday, work is not happening, Saturday or Sunday, whenever holiday, and if you did not respond kindly, things will be different and for everyone be it officer, chief manager, AGM,” he said

In the second video that surfaced last month, a Bandhan Bank officer, Kunal Bhardwaj, can be seen screaming at a junior employee who apparently did not meet the targets set for the month. The clip, which has now been deleted, captures Mr Bhardwaj using abusive language and questioning the employee’s shame for their performance. When the employee apologised for his mistake and promised to rectify it, Mr Bhardwaj said, “Definitely correct sir?… Are you even ashamed of yourself? This is March?”

Reacting to this incident, Bandhan Bank said, “The Bank has taken cognizance of the incident. At Bandhan Bank, we place high emphasis on values and we condemn such behaviour. Despite clarifications from the banks, the videos have sparked outrage among social media users. “In an organisation as toxic as yours @canarabank thousands of such cases go unnoticed. What action has been done against one such hyped case? Also we will make sure the employee who highlighted this is not harrassed as you have a history of doing so!” wrote one user. 

“What kind of values you people  are talking about!  Subjugation , threatening ,pressurising, abetment of sucide,” expressed another. “Nothing new ! We all know the working culture in Canara Bank. Neither they respond to any emails nor they pick up any call,” commented a third. 

“@canarabank What has been shown in the video is the sad reality. I left the organisation because of the toxic culture. What action have you taken till now? Was there no other senior management staff in this meeting who interrupted during this task? Your policies are only on paper,” shared an X user. 

Shocking images and videos have captured the moment a JetBlue plane tipped back onto its tail Sunday night at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York City. Notably, the incident occurred when JetBlue Flight 662 had just landed from Barbados around 8:30 p.m. local time and passengers were in the process of disembarking, New York Post reported. 

Visuals going viral on social media showed the front wheels of the plane, which had just arrived from Barbados, rising into the air.  While the front of the plane lifted up, the tail stayed on the ground.

”It felt like the plane was about to do a backflip. Everybody kind of screamed and was grabbing for seats. Anybody who was standing was grabbing for seats,” passenger Sinead Bovell told CBS News. According to Bovell, the plane and jet bridge were damaged. 

”On Sunday, October 22, JetBlue flight 662 landed as scheduled at New York’s JFK Airport from Bridgetown, Barbados. Once at the gate, due to a shift in weight and balance during deplaning, the tail of the aircraft tipped backward causing the nose of the aircraft to lift up and eventually return back down,”  JetBlue spokesman Derek Dombrowski told PEOPLE in a statement

”No injuries were reported. Safety is JetBlue’s first priority; we are reviewing this incident, and the aircraft has been taken out of service for inspection,” the statement continued. 

Ed Libassi, the CEO of A&P Aircraft Maintenance, Inc. explained what he thinks might have caused the plane to tilt.

”Now the situation that JetBlue had yesterday, I’ve seen it in my 51-year career — too much baggage was left in the air cargo compartment. Maybe all of the people had gotten off already, or maybe everything up front was taken off quickly — everything from baggage to fuel in the wings while they flew from Barbados,” Mr Libassi said. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday attended the 125th Founders’ Day celebrations at The Scindia School in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior. During the event, as a special gesture, the musical duo Meet Bros presented a special song for the Prime Minister. The Indian musical, comprising of brothers Manmeet Singh and Harmeet Singh – who also happened to be Scindia School alumnus, sang the recently released Garba song penned by PM Modi himself. The song is titled ‘Maadi’. 

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the Prime Minister shared the video of their performance. In the clip, he is seen smiling and enjoying the song while tapping his hand on his knee. “At @ScindiaSchool, @Meetbros sung the Garba penned by me. Incidentally, they are proud alumnus of Scindia School,” he wrote in the caption the post.

The video quickly garnered the attention of several users. In just a few hours, it accumulated over 145,000 views. In the comment section, while some praised Meet Bros for their performance, others lauded PM Modi for the lyrics of the song. 

“Meet Bros are fantastic duo. Mesmerized to hear their live performance,” wrote one user. “Fantastic to see @Meetbros showcasing their talents and celebrating their Scindia School connection through Garba,” said another. 

“This is heartwarming!” commented a third user. “Wow! Modi Ji, you are no less than a poet,” added another.

Notably, PM Modi shared the song – sung by Divya Kumar and composed by the Meet Bros – on YouTube and X earlier this month. The song is four minutes and 40 seconds long and is sung in Gujarati. “As the auspicious Navratri dawns upon us, I am delighted to share a Garba penned by me during the past week. Let the festive rhythms embrace everyone!” PM Modi wrote while releasing the video of the same. 

‘Maadi’ is the second song penned by PM Modi. Before this, the Prime Minister also shared another Garba song, which he authored several years ago. The song, titled ‘Garbo’, is sung by Dhvani Bhanushali and composed by Tanishk Bagchi. 

“Inspired by the poetic notes penned by none other than the one and only PM Narendra Modi. GARBO transports us to witness the dynamic culture of Gujarat during Navratri,” the description of the song on YouTube reads. 

A Russian influencer, known for her YouTube channel ‘Koko in India’, was recently harassed by a man in Delhi’s popular market Sarojini Nagar. The entire incident was live-streamed on her YouTube channel and it quickly went viral. In the clip, the man tries to have a conversation with Ms Koko and asks her if she would like to befriend him. However, his approach, which seemed harmless at first, soon made the influencer uncomfortable.

In the video, Ms Koko is seen walking through the market when she is approached by a man. Initially, he claims to be a regular viewer of her videos. This was followed by his “friending” intentions. “Can you be my friend?” he asks.

A while into the conversation, the man then makes indecent remarks about Ms Koko’s appearance. The influencer tries to ignore him, but he continues to follow her and make lewd remarks. “Aap vaise bahut sexy ho. Kya aap (friend) banna pasand karoge? (You are very sexy. Would you like to be my friend)” he says. 

The YouTuber shared the incident recording on her social media platforms which showed her getting uncomfortable. She maintained her composure throughout the incident, however, when the man tried flirting with her, she concluded the conversation with him by saying, “Okay, bye-bye”. 

Since being shared, the video has taken the internet by storm. It has sparked outrage among many people who condemned the man’s behaviour. Several users called for action to be taken against the man.

Ms Koko is originally from Russia. She happens to be a popular internet personality. She has a fan base of nearly 70,000 people on Instagram and a subscriber count crossing 200K users on YouTube.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday showed off his culinary skills by making dosas with locals at a roadside eatery in Telangana’s Jagitial district. Mr Gandhi was on his ‘Vijayabheri Yatra’, a foot march that he undertook to connect with the people of Telangana ahead of the assembly polls in the state. On Friday, while travelling to Jagtial, Mr Gandhi halted at the Nukapalli (NAC) bus stop and tried his culinary skills by making the South Indian dish at a roadside tiffin cart. 

The Indian National Congress shared a video of Mr Gandhi making dosas at the roadside stall. In the clip, he is seen putting the dosa batter on a hot pan, spreading it with a bowl and flipping it over. Before beginning the process, he is also seen presumably asking the street vendor about the process of making the dish. The eatery shop owner and others, on the other hand, are seen guiding the Congress leader. 

At the end of the clip, Mr Gandhi serves the dosas to the people, who are seen cheering him on. “Rahul Anna,” INC wrote in the caption of the post along with a heart emoji.

The video has drawn several comments from many users on X. It has also accumulated more than 214,000 views and over 7,000 likes. 

Meanwhile, Mr Gandhi’s dosa-making is not the first time that he has been seen interacting with locals. Last week in Mizoram, the Congress leader was seen rising a pillion on a two-wheeler in Aizawl. He was seen arriving at Aizawl Club on a scooter to meet party leaders and local media. He was also seen on a two-wheeler, reaching the residence of former Mizoram Chief Minister Lal Thanhawla. 

A shocking video has emerged online showing two police constables in Bihar’s Nalanda fighting with each other in broad daylight. In a video that is being widely shared online, the two cops are seen arguing and then engaging in a violent fight in the middle of the road in Nalanda. 

The video starts with one officer accusing the other of accepting a bribe in front of the public. As the first cop tried to move away, the other cop hit him with the police stick. The two then indulge in a fistfight, even grabbing each other’s necks at some point. Meanwhile, some people can be heard warning the officers that they might get suspended. However, the cops did not listen to them and continued fighting. Locals then intervened and tried to pacify them.

Many others recorded the incident on their mobile phones and shared it on social media.

Taking cognisance of the viral video, Nalanda police said both cops have been sent back to the police center, and an investigation has been ordered.

The police department wrote on X, ”Both the police personnel have been sent to the police center and the matter is being investigated. Disciplinary action will be taken.”

Bihar police also reacted to the video and wrote, ”Taking cognizance of the viral video of the dispute between two police personnel under Nalanda district on social media, the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda, has returned both the police personnel to the police center and an investigation has been ordered.”

Several internet users reacted to the video, expressing shock and concern, with many demanding their dismissal. One user wrote, ”Dismiss both of them, No Suspension.”

Another commented, ”This is setting really very bad example of Bihar Police. Inspite of suspension or else, there must be Anger Management Sessions for all police officers, as may be issue is not so big, but anger leads to this which embarrassed department.”

A disturbing video has surfaced on the internet which shows a man brutally killing a stray dog after the animal destroyed the seat cover of his tractor. An elderly man from Maharashtra’s Parola tied a rope around the dog’s neck and hung it on his tractor. The heinous act was captured on camera and is now doing rounds on social media platforms.

The footage was posted on Instagram by Fight Against Animal Cruelties (FAAC). In the caption, the handle highlighted that the man got hold of the animal alive and killed it brutally after it tore the seat of his tractor. They posed a crucial question, asking if the dog’s life was less valuable than a mere seat.

The caption read, “A dog was hanged alive till death by a man. Reason – Because the dog tore the seat of his tractor. Was the dog’s life less valuable than the seat?”

Reacting to the video, Nitesh Anil Khare, Founder & National President, SAS India wrote, “I am on this case. Accused is in police custody as informed by SI Pawar of Palora District. I am expected to visit the location the Day after.”

The heart-wrenching video has left the internet stunned. A user wrote, “Can we punish humans the way they hurt animals .. can we keep all living beings’ life equal.. guess we are snobbish thinking we are a superior race.”

“The guy still has no shame and doesn’t even understand what wrong he has done,” another user wrote.

“Did anyone file a case against this evil creature? Please please try and file a case so that some action is taken, That innocent didn’t take his life just tore a bloody seat how dare he even think of doing such a thing. This is so heartless what’s wrong with humans, I hope and pray your child is done the same harm,” the third user wrote.

A powerful earthquake of magnitude 6.8 struck central Morocco on Friday night, killing more than 2,000 people and damaging several buildings. Several videos have surfaced on the internet showing the damage and destruction caused by the late-night quake. One such video has captured the moment when earthquake tremors rattled a wedding venue in Marrakech, leaving people running for their lives. 

In the video going viral on social media, an orchestra is seen performing at a wedding when the earthquake struck. The musicians and singer can be seen abandoning the stage and fleeing through a doorway along with other wedding guests.

Several Moroccans posted other videos showing buildings reduced to rubble and dust and parts of the famous red walls that surround the old city in historic Marrakech, a UNESCO World Heritage site, damaged.

Friday’s 6.8-magnitude quake struck 72 kilometres (45 miles) southwest of the tourist hub of Marrakesh, wiping out entire villages in the hills of the Atlas mountains. The quake killed at least 2,012 people and injured 2,059 others, of whom 1,404 are in critical condition, according to the latest figures from Morocco’s interior ministry.

Many people are still believed to be under the rubble and rescue efforts are underway. The quake was the deadliest in Morocco since a 1960 earthquake destroyed Agadir and killed more than 12,000 people. 

 Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday expressed grief at the loss of lives in the earthquake and said India is ready to offer all possible assistance to it in this difficult time.
